actual swim time 12:36 and then had longish run to T1. didn't really sprint and the pavement killed my feet.

bike pretty good for me. headwind at first section and then tailwind. 17.4 mph average. need to work to 19 mph - one day!

run was easy and didn't push the legs. only done 2 30 minute runs since mid february. would like to run faster but i'm fine with this based on training right now.
