5:30 PM OWS at Pass-A-Grille Beach. ran into 2 Mad Dogs (older man and woman) and tagged on to their swim. it was nice to swim with other people out there! did nice relaxed pace and felt pretty good.

turned back to head south. jeff took a tumble at mile 36 or so (went off road and couldn't correct). ok but banged up and with a nice road rash on elbow.
left jeff at mile 42 and then did a ride thru starkey park. back to car and then out 7 miles and back to car. trail ran out of water.. =(
