rode 80 miles on suncoast with jeff. he actually had to stop at 60 - very hot and no water. we went to end of trail = 40 miles and back. needed to do 100 but had to pick jeff up and honestly it was just too hot to be out past 1 PM. felt really good most of ride. hills on back end of trail were decent and i did really well. went slower for jeff.
actual ride 5:30 = 80 miles = 14.5 mph
