* ran with dogs after work. drizzly, little bit chilly but great fall day. dogs did excellent. felt pretty good. my left leg feels tight - need to find a massage therapist.

planned training: run 7 miles [1 mi warm up / 4 miles @ 8:45 pace / 1 mi cool down]

ran with kelly on the boulder backroads course. mainly dirt roads. felt better than last week for the 16 but still have a lot of work to do. legs were tired by the end of the run..

still wanted more water. maybe only carry one gatorade? calories??

running on Friday since Kelly is going to Aspen this weekend. should be fun running this long before work...
