early morning run on boulder creek path before meeting. felt pretty good after not running for 3 days...

at least i got up and ran this morning - finally! long day ahead at showroom and then private showing of new Warren Miller movie at the St Julien tonight :) as tired as i am of working with product, my job is pretty fucking cool.

Wednesday - November 5

another all day marathon day working at showroom. no time for run b/c i slept in instead of driving to boulder at 5 AM. i suck.

worked at showroom ALL day to get ready for sales meeting... rough week.

easy run with jeff on switz trail. went his pace. my legs feel like crap.... i think my body is finally starting to crack from all the marathon training. :( just need to watch it and be cautious.

16 mile run with kelly in boulder. started off fine but got sick at about mile 14 and puked about 5 times which was awesome. think it is from oatmeal for breakfast - never have this issue when eat bagel/cream cheese. legs felt like sh!t the entire run. it was super warm out (75 on one of the bank temp readings). just glad that the run is over... [total run time including stops for bathroom, water, puking = 3:02 11:xx/mile]
nutrition:
oatmeal (with milk)
8 oz gatorade
3/4 clif bar
1 gu 15 mins before run
during run: 1 gu + 1 endurolyte every hour (total 2 gus, 2 electrolytes); 12 oz gatorade, 30 oz water.
