mountain biking with Jeff to Mud Lake trails then back up 128. jeff's bike got jacked up on the way back so i hauled home to get the truck so i could pick him up =) felt good to be doing something again but felt awkward on bike after being away from it for a few weeks...

first day actually feeling like i could workout and not just wanting to die on the couch from jet lag. yay.
