SICK :( watching the Foo Fighters in 45 degree temps got me sick. bummer. stayed home from work in hopes of a speedy recovery so i can get back on track for marathon training!!

ran with Kelly and Merle at lunch. feeling sort of run down/sick but felt better during the run and pushed the pace. felt like we were going harder than 8/mile pace.. need a garmin.
