A/N Swim after Weights - workout was a struggle
IRONMAN TRAINING PLAN COMMENCESBASE 1 - WEEK 1 - 14.0 hrs
DFW - Today's run was to test how left ankle and tendons was feeiling from the last race. Achilles and inside ankle was tight, so I would ran for about 5 min, then did some stretching. Did this for the whole run.
BLAH!! Ground training stinks.
