Flu gone, deal picking up and winding down. I'm out of training for the time being. Just need to concentrate on closing this deal. Working 16 hour days this week should get it done. On Friday I should feel fantastic and ready to restart training regimen. I think I've got my priorities straight, but I sure wouldn't want to do this very often!

Still so sick it's hard to get going. Lost about 7 lbs. so far. Kept a meal down today, though. Woo hoo!!

Went out for easy, slow, long ride. For some reason, 2 pedestrians walking with traffic on road rather than pedestrian path 50 feet to the right off the road. Saw them too late, collided at low speed, but it was sudden, and ruined everyone's day.
Personal best at 5k (6:50 min/miles) spoiled by bike accident later in the day.
