Crazy training day starting with track workout at 5:45am.  That's nutty enough, but to make matters worse, this was with Terry (Thing One) Nugent and Scott (Thing Two) Binder.  These guys are both my age, at 46, but they're superhuman.  Scott won the CEO Challenge last year, of course, and Terry played in the NFL as quarterback for Cleveland and Indianapolis.  They just pants-down spanked me out there.
