High cadence spin, similar to a recover spin.
This week was supposed to be a big workout week and my back and other health issue just will not allow me to do what I want, its so frustrating.
I was going to do a 10 mile run, but afraid to stain my back....looks like I will spin on the trainer just to burn some calories.

Spin on new cranks...went from 170s to 155s. I raised my seat, but need to raise it more. Felt a bit strange at first then better.
Long run for me...nice and easy, walk breaks every 15 min
