Sore and tight from bike ride yesterday. I'm gonna take another rest day. My recover week begins now so I'm not gonna push it, still need to rest my foot because of the plantar fascia pain.

Taking an unscheduled rest today. Had it scheduled for tomorrow but my body is telling me to take it now. My legs and feet are hurting. Right side of lower leg has a knot since last run. Right toe and left heel/arch are also hurting. Gonna try and get these pains reduced and try my long run tomorrow

Great short swim today. I focused again on keeping my head down, pulling with my hand and forearm using my lats and rotating on the breathing well. I'm still feeling like my timing, breathing and coordination is smooth and effective more when i breathe only on my right side.

100's x 4 sprints. Times were 1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45. I got progressively tired..lol! issues with my goggles a little but all in all a good quick workout that got my heart rate up.
