I needed rest today so I didn't train at all. My body was telling me to sleep so I did.
April 28
Decided to do a brick today. Also went out fairly early in the morning for me...around 8am. My lower back pain has gotten better but swimming yesterday seems to aggravate it more than running now. Bike ride was on my mountain bike since my road bike is being fixed. Felt really tough to move with this bike, I'm use to the smaller skinny tires of my road bike. Came back home and then set out for an easy run which was much better than my first brick. I think my legs are getting use to this. Yea!
