First run before 12 noon. I'm gonna ease my body into early morning workouts. I've always worked out in the pm because of my schedule but now since I'm off of work I'm gonna try the last 3 weeks in the am to get my body use to it. I had minor stomach issues on this run, little side pains but nothing really bad. My breathing was okay but still not easy like it can be. Gotta keep the morning workouts going..

Ran at mokuleia park today....felt pretty strong going out up to 2 miles then coming back the wind was strong and it got hard. I made it all the way back to park with minor breathing strain. All in all it wasn't bad since I haven't run long in over a week. My PF was okay too as well as my toe.

ran at mokuleia again...the wind on the way back really slowed me down. Legs were fine, breathing okay but not the greatest. Overall, not a bad run but slow.
