No run last night as I got home too late and was beat. Traveling to Dells for a conference, so I will get in at least one run with a change of scenery.

Day 20 Heart practice. Building off yesterday. Did in AM and much better experience. Really noticing progress in many ways. Kind of surprised. Key concept is connecting breath to body. This will be helpful in running, as controlling breathing (especially when things get tough) is a important.
