day 55 Heart practice (20) did plank options whenever possible. meditation at the end.

half way done with 50 mile training. (9 weeks done, 9 to go) Overall feel pretty good where I am at. Couple of aches and pains and find myself tired a lot (probably not just training). My paces are way slower than I would like, however this race has nothing to do with speed. I figure once I strip off a few layers of winter clothes, pace will get a little bit better. This week is a step back week, which I welcome.
