Shhhhh. Don't tell Dave. Lapham meadow side. Promised myself to take it ez, and only trails. If trail was not passable, would call it a day. Had to get creative to find runnable trail, but found just enough (did multiple mini loops on runnable sections) to get this. Did walk/hike sections that were not safe. (Few areas were harrowing even walking). Trail and warm sunshine were a necessary therapy.

Day 744 practice opening. Once again Adriene comes through with perfectly timed hip and chest opening practice.

Some random thoughts for this friday:
Taking the big guy's advice and taking a day off of push ups. I love my streaks, not smart to do same strength exercise every day without rest. The 22 for 22 days challenge is what inspired the habit and strangely enough, yesterday was the 22nd day of streak.
Really frustrated that hip is bothering me again. One if the themes of yoga is accepting where you are today and then grow. Must take this to heart.
One of the foo foo concepts I have heard in yoga is that we carry emotions (and the tension associated with that) in our hips. I think that is a concept I should no longer dismiss.
