Day 144 gentle yummy yoga. At the suggestion of Adriene. First session of the year on the deck. Gentle light rain actually enhanced practice.

Left hip flexor is sore, so will skip the run today. Yesterday's course had some challenging parts with switch back segment of ice age trail. May not have been the brightrst idea to push it while still recovering from 50, but glad I did.
