Glacier bike trail, Wales to Dousman and back. Because of schedule, did not get going until after 9 and fog and clouds moved away. Warm, sunny and stupid humid once again. First half was sub 9 pace, but conditions and fatigue slowed down second half. I am not going to lie, I don't enjoy running on pavement any more.
