From Scuppernong. Ice age out to railroad cross with horse trail, then horse trails back to Scup. As always, kind of a tale of two runs. Ice age segment was under 11 min pace, horse trail was not. Lessons for Northface: walk the hills from start. (I was about 15 in before I walked. ) otherwise pace prairie miles a bit faster, if comfortable. Get new shoes (these are over mileage and falling apart. ) treat your piriformis nice. Hope the deer flies die, because those things suck.
