Skipped my run last night. I am having a little bit of soreness in my knee, so I want to nip that in the bud. Plus I was tired and it was cold. Even though my mileage is not what I want for april, keeping healthy and figuring out stomach issues are my priority.

Day 482 morning awakening and hip openers.

April has been a bit of a frustration. I will not hit 200 for the month. My schedule gets insane in April. However my mileage for year is great and by end of month I will be at 700 for the year. What really has me a panic is stomach issues on these long runs. My focus over the next few weeks is to come up with a plan to try and minimize the nausea that is certain to hit somewhere around 30 miles. I have worked too hard for my stomach to ruin race day!
