Day 565 yoga for siatica. Rained out, so this was inside

Decided to ease back on mileage this weekend because my big races are not until October and November, so doing 20 or 30 miles every weekend in July is not smart if I want to stay healthy. So it was weird only running 15, but hopefully a smart thing.
Also thinking strongly of doing northface 50k in mid September, this is full 3 weeks before marathon (which is no longer an A race) my new A race for fall tbunk 50 miler.
