Day 180!! Mindful hatha yoga. 6 straight months of yoga. Think I formed a habit. Came very close to ending streak with illness, but managed. Really streak is not as important as habit.

Ice age from uw field station to scupernung trails. About 4 miles of road in here. Felt pretty good except when I tripped over root or rock at 13 and took a spill. Toe was/is very sore. Do seem to be finally recovering from illness.
