Purpose of today ride was just to flush out legs from last night's session and any junk left from Sunday. Threw it into the baby boy ring and headed to trail. Got to keep reminding myself that it is not about your average on a training day, but on race day. If schedule allows, a swim this afternoon.

Just a tiny mini-tri this morning at Ottawa and the flat surroundings. wanted to make sure everything was operating ok. Practiced transitions too. Water was beautiful today. Could have stayed in there all day.
