I am thinking just a swim today.  Probably should do my race report before I forget all the glorious details.

Will ride my bike tonight. Now were did I put those training wheels...  Still haven't signed up for Camp Whitcomb yet. Also thinking about maybe doing Oshkosh instead. Or I might do neither. I am pretty indecisive. or am I?

UPDATE  I don't know, somedays, I think everybody would be better off, if I just parked my bike in the garage and just left it there forever.

Looks like another run on the docket tonight. Speaking of running, I thought that life was supposed to slow down in summer. I need a vacation.

UPDATE sometimes my body is smarter than my mind. Supposed to be ez pace (9:10-9:20), but told myself, no way, I'm doing this sub nine pace. Nope, body had other ideas. Didn't fight it though and went with the flow.

About 30 seconds slower than last year. As much as I have neglected my bike this year, that is ok. HR too low for OLY, that is my HIM HR

HR way too low for a race. Loafed it too much for what I am capable of. Still a PR and 2 seconds off my fastest 10k (including stand alone) ever.

About what I expected, which isn't necessarily a good thing. Not a clunker, but not an "A" performance. 2:47. About 5 minutes slower than last year. This year's swim about 5.5 minutes slower (longer course this year). Other wise would have been a PR. Still didn't earn a PR today. Looking at my HR for effort, More like a Sunday workout, than Race worthy effort.  Still a nice day and enjoyed spending time with my friends as they all collected their hardware.
