ugh!
Mighty tired, mostly from the 4 hours of sleep on race night and the 4 hours of driving to and from race. Extremely busy day which will somehow include a 7-8 mile run. Well one thing I won't have to do is my race report. Already done and up.
UPDATE Mercifully, all I had time for was 5. I don't know if it was my dead legs, the humidity that would make a Floridian blush, the hilly route or the combo of all three, but this baby sucked.

a little windy Bindy
Pretty sure swim was long, pretty sure I'm a lame biker (and it was windy), pretty sure I can runs pretty good. Started out soggy, but ended with sunshine. total time 1:27:33. Easily a PR for course, but sort of doesn't count because the last time I did the sprint was in 2005 & it was my second tri (1:41).

Well last night's session must have taken more out of me than I thought. Was going to run this am, but seriously overslept. Will have to try and sneak some miles in tonight. I am about 90% sure I am going to do Oshkosh, sprint, this weekend.
UPDATE Supposed to be recovery pace of 9:00 to 9:15. Hit the mark perfect, but humidity, heat and hilly route had me working for it a bit.
