Today could have been another day where I do a short, slow run and then complain about my glute...again. Or I could do something to help beat the problem.  I picked option B.

glute very tight and sore today.  Trying really hard to not get completely discouraged.  Training is the glue that keeps me together.  The necessity that I start enjoying my runs again can not be overstated.  Good news: I am not at the point of giving up...yet.

ART session this morning, moving me in the right direction.  Would like to run tonight, but I don't think schedule will allow.  Also first day feeling semi-normal, not sure I should tax the body with a tough track session.

UPDATE this was the best I could do after a long day.
