Awesome trail run on Ice Age trail with djdavey and Mason! Parts of this were quite challenging, but fun.  This was part of course for Kettle Moraine 100 and gave me a whole new level of respect for Dave and the other participants. (just don't tell him, I don't want it going to his head. ;))

Just trying to scratch myself back to respectability. Little warm. Didn't take enough water, but luckily I could refill at turn around in Dousman

High Cliff is this weekend. Kind of sad as is first time I have not done it since 2006 and will mark 1 year since I have done a tri.  However, I am getting the itch to tri another tri this summer, so all is not lost. ;) Plan to do a ride this afternoon and a trail run with Dave tomorrow.

Hilly route per the boss (maple to Byrn road) Pretty satisfied with this.  2nd 1/2 more uphill than 1st 1/2 yet pace is better.  Beautiful night!

in the past I would be completely bummed about a run this slow, but I am not...because: it is supposed to be an ez effort run and pre-determined pace was supposed to be slower than this.  Second, because my legs were so dead, it shows me that I worked my azz off yesterday. :)
