Not quite as bad as I expected. Legs less sore running than walking.

Still really bummed about yesterday. As I analyze it in my head, I can't seem to figure it out. Trouble started to creep in when we hit the crushed limestone trail and then the hills. With all the trail running I have done this year, this should have played to my strengths, not been my undoing. On the bright side, I think this will be the fuel for my off season 'fire.'

Crap. Course was hillier(and windier) than I anticipated. Started with 3:45 pace group and hung with them until 18, then things fell apart in a hurry. No big wall, just lost my energy and could not get it back. You know things are not going well, when you goal becomes trying to not make it your worst marathon finish (it wasn't)
