Glute is very sore right now

Started out on glacier drumlin path and turned onto Lake Country connecter that runs through west end of Lapham.  Was going to do an out and back, but then I saw a guying running on a trail and couldn't help myself.  Ran through Lapham on Ice Age trail.  That was very enjoyable, but slow.

Decided to go for a quick run this morning.  Weather was stunning (about 68 and sunny), but my run was anything but.  I clearly underestimated how much this race took out of me.  I guess you don't get a 6 minute PR without paying a price.

Hot (84), slow run on a crowded Lake Country trail

Ok I jumped the gun on the soreness comment, Turns out I was/am really sore, including my right bicep for some reason.  Will run today, but with sore legs and warm temps (low 80's) not expecting too much.
