Was very tempted to go on a run this morning. but took my yoga mat onto the deck and did mixture of yoga/stretch/meditation with some planks and push ups thrown in.  (got to start walking the walk.)

UPDATE the temptation of a beautiful evening in the 70's was too much and I had to go run.  I got what I deserved (at least I did a hillier route to justify the slow pace.) need a rest day.

This run is my body's subtle way of saying that I should take a rest day from running.  What my body doesn't understand is I can't rest on a day when it is 70 and sunny. geez.

Glute is very sore right now

Started out on glacier drumlin path and turned onto Lake Country connecter that runs through west end of Lapham.  Was going to do an out and back, but then I saw a guying running on a trail and couldn't help myself.  Ran through Lapham on Ice Age trail.  That was very enjoyable, but slow.
