This cold has hit me like a ton of bricks. It's gone from a sore throat to a head cold and now my chest is killing me. I am glad this didn't happen last week but I HATE being sick!!! Ugh!! :(

Okay......a double shot of Nyquil got me through the night so my body feels rested. I still have a scratch in my throat that has me coughing a lot. Getting better though! :)
I am going to be sooooooooooooooooo tapered for the race this weekend! :)
