Ran from apt to I-55 and back. Felt pretty good and hit the hills hard. Ran 1:40 secs faster on way back. Groin a little tight towards the end but nothing unbearable. I think Im just going to have to train with it and go to doctor after Imoo. Im racing no matter what so I don't want to hear a diagnosis until after. lol

Rode the streets to frontage road. Took it to I-355 and back. Felt ok. Some wind going out average around 17mph. Still need to get bike tuned up. Something rattling and cannot seem to locate it. Average workout. Run in the am. No problem with the groin. Not going to get the month I wanted hours wise, but still not too bad. Shuffling kids, work and seperation from wife is no easy task. Life will get better. lol

OWS At Ohio street beach. Felt great up till 1.5 miles. Left groin area again acting up. Think I might be kicking too much or wrong. Besides that good swim continous with out stopping.

Hot and humid at 4:30am. Wow. Felt good. Nice easy run. Left Groin just a little tight at times. But much better. Also did not have orthotics in. After run Quads tight more than before. Maybe because of hilly route? Hope to be under 170 by Monday.

Hit the streets and tried some trails out by willow springs road and that area. Felt ok at times and bad others...Have to get the bike tuned up or somehow get the money for a new one. Anyway. Lots of starting and stopping on this ride so I figured thats why the mph avg is down. Overall good workout and felt good

FELT real good today. Just a little tightness in the groin at mile 5. Extremly hot and humid. Pushed the last 2.5 hard and felt great. No where near what I wanted hrs wise for the month but still the best month of the year.
