Day 15: ? Clean Eats (behind, must get better) 19.4 Hours of Training (70 goal) Completely lost track. I know training is on track and I am behind on the clean eats. However, the clothes are starting to feel a little better, but not enough better. More work to do in this department.

Trainer this morning. Work. Then quick swim this afternoon.
I've been lucky as I haven't had much travel lately. That stops tomorrow. I am on the road non-stop for the next three weeks. Official IM training begins tomorrow and already I am going to have a hard time getting the program in as written. At least it's early in the program. I need to remember that I've done this before with a busy travel schedule and somehow I figured it all out. Rest / travel day tomorrow.
