Swim tonight - drills, drills, drills. The good thing about being such a new poor swimmer, is I don't really have any habits. So spending time enforcing proper technique isn't much of a problem.
Now I am going to spend some quality time with my trainer watching Kona on tivo. :) RPE = 3

Up and back trip to Philadelphia tomorrow. If US Air cooperations, I should get in a swim tomorrow night with a 20 mile run scheduled for Saturday morning.
Decent run at lunch. The back started to loosen up about half way through. We will see how everything feels later. RPE = 3-4 (at the VERY end) Depending on how I feel I would like to get in a spin tonight or tomorrow morning.
