Decent run at lunch. The back started to loosen up about half way through. We will see how everything feels later. RPE = 3-4 (at the VERY end) Depending on how I feel I would like to get in a spin tonight or tomorrow morning.
I woke up this morning with something not right in my lower back. Everything is very stiff and uncomfortable. As I've had very few injury issues in the past, I must pay attention to this. Schedule calls for run today, which is just fine by me because I don't think I could hold an aero position on the bike very long with how I feel right now.

Brrrrrrrrr - it was chilly for today's run. However, I still wore shorts to prove that I am a MAN. :) RPE=2
Swim tonight - drills, drills, drills. I could tell I that I was doing something different as I could feel muscles in my chest and back that I didn't know I had.

Swim tonight - drills, drills, drills. The good thing about being such a
newpoor swimmer, is I don't really have any habits. So spending time enforcing proper technique isn't much of a problem.Now I am going to spend some quality time with my trainer watching Kona on tivo. :) RPE = 3
