Had a minor medical procedure Wed so have been taking it easy.  Better today (just a follow up to make sure things are OK, and they are :)).

I didn't really feel much soreness after my workout yesterday.  Until today- holy cr$p I am hurting!  I guess the extra exercises did their job.  The only thing not sore is my abdominals, so more attention there next time.
