Did intervals (1 min running in between each exercise). Hope it will burn off the calories from the "quality control" I had to do today while baking :). We made chocolate chip cookies, walnut-rum wafers, cranberry coins, walnut-orange-cranberry biscotti, coconut wafers, and pecan sandies! Now heading out across the US to make family smile!
Off to Chicago tomorrow. Will be an interesting couple of days- I have an article coming out tomorrow that will probably get some press, and likely a few angry comments from smokers.
