Finally got around to replacing the broken part on the trainer (hence the zip tie seen in the pic). In my own ham-fisted way I managed to cross thread the adjustment bolt and in trying to remove it snapped it! Major props to Saris/CycleOps for backing me up on this! Called the office last Monday and had the part by Thursday. Did not realize that Saris/CycleOps was a Wisconsin-based company! Props to me for my selection!

Well, everyone in the house is sick (except me!). Been up at all hours with both of the little ones so sleep has not been easy to come by. Couple that with 12 hour work shift and you get not much time for training.

Couple of days off from any training. Switching over to night shift can be a biznitch! Starting Thursday I'll be back on a day schedule. Time to put a hurtin' on the bike trainer!
