Feeling much better. Sinuses are still jacked up but improved. Energy level really good although somewhat tired and run down. Really needed to kick myself in the can to get going but once I did it was clear sailing. Nice work out. Would have liked to work in a swim but with my nose plugged up I did not think it best. 20 minutes in the whirlpool and 20 in the sauna did the trick!
Spent the last 20 minutes with my face buried in a steaming bowl of eucalyptus. You cannot imagine how well that works for clearing out the ol' schnozola! I highly recommend.

Went to Ava's first Christmas show. What a treat to see those little ones belting out songs and dancing! Had a tear in me eye!

Uh oh! I think the roaming cold has finally found me! Looks like cold/flu meds, vit. C, chicken noodle soup and rest in the near future!
