Mile Markers

Had a great first 3 mile run -- ran a 10m/mile, then slowed down a bit for the last 2. Blood sugar is difficult on a 5 mile run. I don't take GU until a 6 mile run, but I need something at 5 miles. Ended up having 4 glucose tabs just to be safe and ended the run with a 97 blood sugar, so that was good.
Yoga was very relaxing. Except for the growling man who farted the whole class.
