Sweat a bucket today and it felt GREAT. Found something that worked for this length of time for my blood sugar. Had rice chex and soy milk before run. Had GU before spin (started about 30 minutes after the run). Drank 1 water bottle during the first half of spin and drank gatorade the 2nd half after the GU carbs wore off. Ended with a blood sugar of 110 and didn't hit a low blood sugar wall.
