First HOT run with blazing sun the entire way. Also the very worst PMS day of the month, I already felt really crappy. At mile 5 I almost melted and decided to do a run/walk the rest of the way. 9 minutes run, 1 min. walk. That helped a lot. Had GU at mile 4 and picked up my water bottle with gatorade in it and drank it from 4-8. Then had nothing the rest of the way. Blood sugar was fine, even a tad high when I got home 140. The bottoms of my feet even hurt the last mile and they don't ever hurt! Just a HOT run, that's all. And it wasn't even so much the heat, it was the blazing sun. Had a banana w/peanut butter when I got home and lots of water. Feel better now.

Treadmill run. Did 6.2mph for 4min then 6.7mph for 1 minute. Felt great. Did it all before spin class this week. A little sore still from Monday sculpting class.
