swim practice-outside; rainy and cold; 45 degrees but my pool was warmer with the heat rising off the 70 degree water
goal was to practice with wetsuits and transition-put on my new sleeveless first so I could compare it to the full wetsuit. i think i'm going to like the freedom of my shoulders eventually as my broken shoulder side is still weak and aches after swimming 1/2 hour or more
still suck in transition-forgetting to pull cap off into my sleeve while running. boy, don't give me any gum because i don't think that i can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time--and all that thinking about 'what comes next...what comes next'...
nice 10 minute continuous effort in the full wetsuit-not sure of the exact distance but i'd put it around 500M
practice, practice, practice
took the road bike again-in the wind and rain; just to spin a few miles, but that was cold, wet and blustery--yuck
with 5 x 200M quick pickups (47-49sec) on the back half of the loop just to get warm---still rainy and windy and cold

rode road bike in the rain-didn't want to dirty up my tri-bike--nice and easy spin
'clear the mechanism'...wish there wasn't any thunder, as I was planning on an OWS this afternoon, but my wife heard the thunder and gave me the look...
no swim today
I'm trying to use visualization at night-feel like I've done this triathlon race already, but still missing things on my 'run through' in my head
