didn't feel like swimming today-despite a rare call night with no middle of the night interruptions...maybe a nice bike ride this afternoon will help
my brakes are f*cked up and the wheels are both rubbing...back to the bike shop for adjustments...

easy ride with Jon from the Y
5 mile brick at 8:14 pace-transition was slow since I had to put my bike in the truck and get set to run-starting to get hot; did 3 more miles at 9 min pace as swim brick later
met Tony at the Y for bonus meters on the weekend-100's and 500's-then rare swim brick with 3 miles more of running
