Day shift. A little tender in the left hamstring from yesterday. Forgot to ice! Probably take the weekend off from everything except stretching and ice.

Body weight training, balance, & stability. Muscle balance work in legs/glutes. Stretching!
Day shift.
Made decision to drop from Playtri Olympic Triathlon on June 3rd in hopes to give hamstring more time to fully heal.
Leg feels better over the last day or two. Plan to workout tonight followed by stretching and ice.

Health Report: Doctor Harmon - Continue to stay off the hamstring for another 3-4 weeks, if no pain then begin light work outs and increase gradually. Unless, of course, the pain comes back. Stopping the therapy (ultra sound) but continuing on my own with the exercises.

5 minutes Bridge, marching and single leg
Stiff leg raises, flat, elbows, then hands
3 sets of 10 x 4 way hip flex/extension with bands, stiff leg
Stretch, hip flex, quads, hams, calves
Day shift (CCRO). Hamstring has a more prevalent pain today, not sure why. Starting to track what I do at work as well as work outs. Most of my day yesterday was sitting in a chair. Also, did some planks at the gym that may have caused some irritation in the Ham.
