Took a spin with my wife on our hybrids.
To the gym for a swim, back by way of the lake. Very strong wind, again! No Garmin...
Didn't check HR but I was a little fast, assuming 140 avg.

Attended a funeral of a young high school lady and friends with my kids this morning. It's a very hard time. Got in a run this afternoon.
Small amount a pain in left hamstring, just comes and goes. But still, not much.

Nice swim, trying to keep in HR zone by watching pace now that I have it figured out.
Although avg HR was 136 I spent to much time over 140! Need that 130-135 avg!

Blah! 57 minutes about 140 HR, not acceptable! Dang those hills. WU and CD were short so I didn't list them.
Physical therapy. Quads, glutes, and started hamstrings. Tough today!
Physical therapy at 8am. More food, then a 50 miler on the bike. That's the plan...
50 miles completed! After two hours I had some pain in left leg, mostly lower outside hamstring. Also so numbness in my toes. And of course my butt hurt but that was to be expected. Going to call the bike shop and schedule an appointment to talk about these issues.
