It's going to take some time to get back into running shape :(

After 7 days of backpacking, biking, and rafting in Colorado I'm back!  Less than two weeks till my first olympic distance tri.

HEALTH NOTE:  Doctor appointment yesterday.  Agreed that it's probably the nerve causing pain in my hamstring.  X-ray showed that there's major disk issues in my back but having MRI done at later date to be sure.  If there's nothing pinching the never then we'll do a series of shots to kill it.  Good news:  Keep on running!!
