easy jog around the hood. just trying to loosen up the legs. stretched a bit afterwards. felt pretty good, actually.
rode to the bike shop to have things checked out.

At the pool this morning, I wore the top that I'll be racing in. I didn't even know I had it on, so that's good.

this was the ideal workout for me. short and sweet. touched speed a couple times, and got a good confidence boost from it. coach would be proud.
cruised around a little bit in the afteroon. practiced attacking a couple hills.
i had my transition area set up for when i got back. i hopped off the bike, parked it in the garage in it's usual spot, switched over to running mode, and was hitting the pavement in about 30 seconds.
