Okay. I'm going to do a 5k this weekend. It will be fun. I may not be fast, but it should help me get back off the damn couch. The race has a great cross-country style start, and it's all through a park. I love that! Just need to get signed up now.
Tonight, I'm going to see the ART doc to keep working on whatever is wrong with my biomechanics, etc.
Also planning to get in some tennis this week. I had a lesson on Friday, and it went well. I want to keep that going, if possible.
