quick run. a couple pickups to race-pace. felt good and loose! stretched well.
what's done is done. gotta put it all together tomorrow.
Just a quick out and back. A few minutes of race-pace on the flat stretches. I feel pretty good, but wonder if my goals are too lofty.

Getting a sub-8 pace in Z1 was pretty awesome. i hope that translates to being able to maintain sub-7 at the half marathon this weekend.
