I'm very happy to be back in St.Louis. It's practically COLD here. The humidity in Miami is brutal. Las Vegas' heat was just simply dry and searing. Extremely hot. I should be ready to rock STL with these temps! I"m looking forward to trying to pull off back-to-back longish runs this weekend. I've done 3 consecutive runs on flat/road surfaces, so I'm itching to try out my new shoes and get after it on the trails.

I refueled 2x with powerade at a golf course. I was clever and just prepaid for the refill that I knew I'd need because i was sweating buckets.
