From the Y, out to grants trail for 8 out/back. Then made a big loop down to Clayton Rd, then up to the Y=8 @ 7:05 pace. 1 mile easy cool down.
Hills x5 on Adams.
mostly drills, and easy running in between.
nice 6' pieces up and down Adams. then a death march home with a stomach ache. ouch! it was frickin' cold, too.
down past the stop sign on des peres, and back. pretty even split.
