Trainer ride - Garmin was low battery so I rode naked. Well, ok, not NAKED naked, just without HR. Found out that I'm really tied to my HR on the trainer.
Brick run on the treadmill. Without my HR monitor I was able to run at 6mph just fine. Of course, it was only 15 minutes, but it felt good.

Midday run from work in the ick. Snow on the ground, some weird stuff falling out of the skythat hissed as it hit the snow - but it was fun to be out in it instead of at my desk. I didn't see any other runners out.
Remembered everything except my Garmin so time and distance are estimated.

Troublebuggy the baddog just pulled my coffee off the counter, spilled it and broke my favorite cup. Who knew he liked coffee?

Cold run in the dark - left with the 10-minute rule figuring I'd be more likely to finish my run in the cold and dark than on the treadmill. I guess I was right.
BTW, I think chlorine is medicinal. I feel much better this morning after swimming last night.
