Finally got a battery for the HRM my sister gave me.I liked knowing what my HR was, now gotta get the high and low range figured out. Anyway, a nice easy 7 miler on a beautiful 33 degree day! HRM, Fuel Belt, gloves, headband I think I'm a runner. Loved it today!

Treadmill today. Could've gone forever today. Don't know if it's decreased volume, yoga or the weightlifting. Prob all 3. Not sure but I'm in a real happy place exercise wise. I think the break from a regiment is really agreeing w/ me.
