half on trail with Janet, half training on road, strong northwest winds made it all work.
Hamstrings and groins and glutes a bit sore on ride today after yesterday's race, not surprising, so I didn't do the little run that was on today's plan. Breaking in new saddle as well, so my butt's a bit sore.
