Body fat measurement this morning. 13.7 percent, down from 17.3 in February and 22.3 in March of 2011. Maintained lean mass at about 140 over the whole period. BMI dropped from 26.3 to 23.8. Fat mass from 40.3 to 22.5. Right hip stiff and sore late in run.
