Go figure.  So I have been completely asymptomatic for Saturday and Sunday.  So I called the doctor Monday morning and told her and we agreed to put off the CAT scan unless it came back.  Also my other reason was that health insurance will be very costly this month after Trevor's surgery.  Add to that a $700 CAT scan that doesn't meet my deductible.  It sounded reasonable.  Well, my symptoms came back Monday night.  Grrr.  I have a feeling I know what stressed the symptoms back.  So I will lay even lower to see if it alleviates again, give it another whole week after that, and then ease-into activity.  But if it isn't going away, I will definitely reschedule and keep this appt.

Started feeling the pain again later in the day.

October 28

I feel perfect today.  Devoid of symptoms.

October 27

CAT scan on Tuesday.  Though I am feeling a little better.

October 26

Watched Red Planet and Aeon Flux.  Red planet was good.  Aeon Flux was very good.

I also watched an interesting show on UC TV, the neurobiology of trust, specifically the hormone oxytocin.  I think it plays into the altruistic nature of humans as the trust component is a big factor.  Particularly interesting as if you follow the thinking ot the end, it could have interesting philosophical and religious ramifications about why people believe in what they believe (trust).  Too bad the lecturers time ran out and didn't have time to discuss those issues.
